VikingCycle sent me a leather motorcycle jacket to review. I fell in love with it, and the price is phenomenally cheap. Here's my !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! of it.
This is the second time they've sent me a free jacket in return for a review. The first one I liked, but would never wear while actually riding a motorcycle, because it's unarmored.
But this new jacket is one I've been wearing every day.

...I'd just like to wear it because it looks good...
My God I'm so vain.

It's only $99, too.

ehh. sounds like it does the job well, but the looks arent exactly for me. looks a little too "old guy"
I prefer someone with few zippers to flap around. oh well.

Where are you getting any leather jacket for $99 these days, let alone one that's actually armored and safe for riding use? That is insane.

That is insane.
Yes, that was my response within about 1 minute of opening the shipping package and actually seeing it. It doesn't seem possible that they can sell this jacket at a profit.

is the armor worth a damn though?

It's dense foam. If it had a hard shell it'd be better. But half an inch of the foam armour isn't useless.the back plate is as good as what I get in my Olympia textile jacket that costs more than three times as much.

Damn, that's not bad.
